Match the destination requirements

Ask the recipient which asset and network they support, and whether a memo, tag or contract address is required. A familiar ticker does not guarantee that two services support the same network. Copy the address only from a trusted destination and compare the first and last characters.

Test before the full amount

Send a small test amount when the service and fee make that sensible. Wait for the recipient to detect and credit it, then compare the transaction ID and network in an independent explorer. Do not send more merely because an on-screen timer is counting down.

Keep support evidence

  • Save the withdrawal ID, destination address, network, timestamp and fee.
  • Use official support channels and never share a seed phrase or one-time code.
  • If a transfer is pending, check status and maintenance notices before opening another request.
